Very satisfied. The doll arrived in perfect shape after about 10 days. One of the few things I’ve ever ordered, probably better than professionally photographed, described and advertised. Absolutely realistic. Customer service was excellent and answered every question I had. I bookmark this site when I want a bigger size doll. If you’ve always wanted one, don’t worry about this company. Of course, I will order again in the future 🙂
